Bow Version 4.2 Meeting Server

The Bow® Meeting Server is a software product that manages audio, video and data virtual meetings, allowing participants to fully collaborate online.

The Meeting Server sets up point-to-point and multi-point communication connections, supporting any standards based video endpoint. It controls the flow of audio, video and data between meeting participants.

A variety of meeting and conference types are supported, chairman-controlled meetings, classroom style lectures, open forum, scheduled or ad-hoc meetings.

Solution Overview

The Meeting Server is available in two models, SD only for use with standard definition clients or HD/SD mode for use with both SD and HD video endpoints. It is architected to be deployed as a private system across an organization’s network or as the hub of a public virtual meeting service

The Bow Meeting Server is implemented entirely in software. This means the system can grow as your meeting needs grow. Expansion is done by the addition of software licenses that can increment in steps of just one.

With Bow every person in an organization can have access to virtual meetings. The scalability means the larger the deployment, the more cost effective the system becomes.
